姚律師在成為本所刑事辯護部的資深律師之前是本所的實習律師。她於2023至2025年間獲《道爾指南》評為香港刑事法律新星。
她擅長刑事辯護相關領域，包括應對不同執法機構對商業犯罪和規管性罪行的調查，當中包括廉政公署、商業罪案調查科、證券及期貨事務監察委員會、香港警務處、香港入境事務處及香港海關。
