鄧律師是本所私募投資及商務部的合夥人，亦是本所內部培育的其中一位合夥人。自2010年加入本所成為實習律師後，鄧律師在本所建立自己的業務至今已逾15年。
鄧律師經常為客戶就跨境併購、合資企業、股權投資、融資交易及公司重組等方面提供法律意見。此外，他還處理廣泛的企業及商業法律事務，包括公司治理及僱傭事務。
鄧律師亦是律商聯訊的《Hong Kong Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents》中「Business Organisations: Joint Ventures」章節的特約作者。
