Pan is a corporate lawyer with Robertsons’ Corporate Finance Department and Commercial Department. He focuses on complex transactions and works closely with PRC and overseas counsel on cross-border transactions and disputes.
In addition, he frequently advises and represents clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs, joint ventures, acquisitions, restructurings, lending and finance, regulatory compliance, equity and debt issues involving both private and public listed companies.
