Robertsons’ Partner, Pan Tsang, expressed his insights in Asia Business Law Journal’s cover story published on 18th April 2023. Entitled “Deadly dominoes”, the article concerned the recent collapse of regional financial institutions in the US, and the prompted spate of lawsuits and created range of legal ramifications.

“The UBS-Credit Suisse deal was vital and imperative to rescue Credit Suisse, without which its collapse would likely trigger a domino effect and destabilise global banks,” said Pan.
