Jocelyn is an Associate in the Corporate Finance & Capital Markets Department. She joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2023 prior to her admission in 2025.

Jocelyn’s practice focuses on equity capital markets. She advises Hong Kong and international companies on initial public offerings, equity financings and corporate restructurings in both the Hong Kong and U.S. capital markets. She also has extensive experience in advising listed companies on their ongoing compliance obligations.

She regularly represents issuers on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in post-listing compliance matters, advising on their continuing obligations under the Hong Kong Listing Rules as part of the annual retainer work.
