Lawrence is a Partner of the Private Equity and Commercial Department. He has been with the firm for over 15 years and he is one of our “homegrown” Partners, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2010 and has since developed his own practice.
He regularly advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, financing transactions and corporate restructurings. He also handles a wide range of general corporate and commercial work including corporate governance and employment matters.
Lawrence is also a contributing author to LexisNexis®’ Hong Kong Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents on Business Organisations: Joint Ventures.
