Robertsons is delighted to announce the promotion of Joseph Wong, Natalie Chan and Wendy Yiu to Senior Associates on 1 July 2023.

Joseph and Natalie are both part of Robertsons corporate finance team, and specialise in IPOs, private placements, Listing Rules and other regulatory compliance as well as having significant experience in broader M&A transactions, representing both listed and private company clients.

Wendy is a member of the firm's Criminal and Commercial Crime team, specialising in criminal defence of prosecutions by enforcement agencies such as the ICAC, CCB and SFC. She was recently named as a Rising Star for Hong Kong Criminal Law by the Doyles Guide (details).
