Clemence is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2022 prior to her admission.

Clemence advises on a range of regulatory and compliance matters, with particular emphasis on Hong Kong’s anti-money laundering / counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) regime and National Security Law.

Her experience extends to contentious matters involving regulatory investigations and enforcement, cross-border fraud and asset tracing, data privacy, and corporate governance.

Clemence is also Robertsons’ Compliance Officer, where she supports the firm in upholding its professional conduct obligations, as well as in developing and maintaining its internal risk management and AML/CTF compliance protocols.
