Robertsons’ Managing Partner, Chris Lambert, delivered an entertaining webinar yesterday entitled “What’s in a Comma?”.

Chris spoke about different punctuation and grammar issues and how they can each create pitfalls in drafting commercial agreements. Chris shared real-life cases and the audience also contributed their own experiences where bad legal drafting had caused significant headaches.

“Make every word and every punctuation mark justify its existence" was a key takeaway from the webinar.
