Robertsons wishes you happy Winter Solstice

Today is Winter Solstice, an important event in the Chinese calendar. This is a time when families and friends come around the table. In celebration of this important time of the year, Robertsons’ Managing Partner and trainees went to explore the wonderful mountains of Hong Kong and cooked some traditional desserts, wishing everyone happy Winter Solstice!
