Min Sung


Min is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Equity and Commercial Department, having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021. 

She advises local and international corporations on a range of corporate transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures. She also handles general corporate and commercial matters. Her experience extends to banking and finance, data privacy-focused regulatory compliance, and employment-related matters.

  • Advising various companies on mergers and acquisitions by conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction and ancillary documents, and managing closing and post-closing matters.

  • Acting for a Korean securities firm and US investment bank in loan transactions, including preparing the security documents and handling the closing.
