Cynthia has over 13 years of corporate finance and capital market transaction advisory experience.  Cynthia previously worked for various investment banks, including Deutsche Bank, where she was a desk lawyer responsible for executing private equity transactions, distressed debts sales and capital market transactions.

Prior to joining investment banks, Cynthia worked as a lawyer with Richards Butler and the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, where she was responsible for advising on a wide range of corporate finance transactions involving the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code.
