Chris Lambert delivered a seminar this week on the subject of “Counter-drafting: the art of critically reviewing another law firm’s drafting”. The course covered applicable psychology and tactics, such as invisible traps, sections to look first, and skills of justifying the existence of words. Participants also discussed on the correct mindset of a lawyer to uphold when reviewing documents.
