Gladys is an Associate Solicitor in Robertsons’ Private Equity and Commercial Department, having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2023.
Gladys’ primary focus is on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance and employment-related matters, as well as general corporate and commercial work. She has a particular interest in legal technology and legal design, and has collaborated on initiatives with higher education institutions and NGOs in Hong Kong to improve access to justice through designing visual legal education tools.

Advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence on targets, drafting and reviewing transaction and ancillary documents, and managing closing and post-closing procedures.
Acting jointly with US, European and PRC counsels for multinational clients in their global restructurings, including advising on legal and procedural aspects of the inward re-domiciliation regime of Hong Kong.
