邓律师是本所私募投资及商务部的合伙人，亦是本所内部培育的其中一位合伙人。自2010年加入本所成为实习律师后，邓律师在本所建立自己的业务至今已逾15年。
邓律师经常为客户就跨境并购、合资企业、股权投资、融资交易及公司重组等方面提供法律意见。此外，他还处理广泛的企业及商业法律事务，包括公司治理及雇佣事务。
邓律师亦是律商联讯的《Hong Kong Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents》中「Business Organisations: Joint Ventures」章节的特约作者。
