何百利于1983年在英国取得法律专业资格，于1985年成为香港认许律师，并于1990年加入罗拔臣律师事务所。他于1991年成为本所合伙人，现时为商业诉讼部主管。
何律师的执业范围包括商业诉讼、商业诈骗及索究申索、雇佣法、企业事务、监管机构（证监会╱香港联交所）的调查和审裁、国际仲裁及紧急的非正审申请和其他补救申请（包括资产冻结令和容许查察令）。
