The partners of Robertsons are pleased to announce that Lawrence Tang will become a partner of the firm on 1 July 2021.

Lawrence joined the firm as a trainee a decade ago and has most recently been a Senior Associate in Robertsons' Private Equity & Commercial Department. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, financing transactions and employment matters.

Lawrence has been a great asset to the firm for many years and we are delighted that he is now joining the partnership.
