Robertsons is excited to share the success of the third session of our “Vitality Visions 2025” workshop series. This session featured the expertise of Ms. Kornee Chan, a registered Chinese medicine practitioner, who delivered an engaging presentation on the common ailments associated with office work. 

Ms. Chan shared about pain problems related to our necks, arms and waists, walking participants through the concerned symptoms and causes, and guiding them on performing self-tests. Besides introducing Chinese medicine treatment approaches, Ms. Chan equipped participants with targeted acupressure massage techniques and simple exercises to alleviate pain and promote long-term relief.
