Robertsons was delighted to host another workshop in our series “Vitality Visions 2025” this week, with Dr. Sarah Borwein as our speaker. Dr. Borwein practices across the spectrum of family medicine, and was very kind to tailor the session for our female colleagues on the subject of “Empowering her health – A wellness guide for female lawyers”.

The session covered women’s health concerns across different life stages and the impact on one’s professional life. Dr. Borwein also guided participants in addressing the risk factors and corresponding preventive strategies, leaving us key messages on the importance of health-work connection, workplace support and self-care.
