Robertsons is delighted to announce that our partnership will be joined by Simon Tong with effect from 1st April 2025.

Simon joined Robertsons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department in 2021, specialising in civil and commercial litigation. His extensive experience covers international arbitrations, regulatory enforcement actions and IP licensing and employment disputes. Simon has also acted in many shareholder disputes bringing just and equitable winding-ups and unfair prejudice and statutory derivative actions as well as applications for inspection of company documents on behalf of aggrieved directors and shareholders.
