  • Advised a US law firm on its discovery obligation in Hong Kong in relation to an investigation by the liquidators of a company formerly listed on NASDAQ
  • Advised a US satellite-internet startup in a HKIAC arbitration involving US Export Administration Regulations; advised the same client in a dispute with a UK satellite operator
  • Advised a HK-listed developer in various land disputes, including a claim arising out of the sale and purchase of a shopping mall and a car park; advised the same client in defending actions for alleged misrepresentation in sales brochures concerning another shopping mall
  • Advised certain members of a high-profile family on a family dispute involving company, land, probate and trust issues
