Fred Wong


Fred joined the Conveyancing Department of Robertsons in August 2013. His works concern all sorts of real property related matters including perusal of title deeds and documents raising and answering title requisitions, and preparation of Confirmation regarding advice to be given to surety (mortgagor or guarantor) and attending face to face meeting with surety under the scenarios set out in the Appendix D to the practice guidelines issued by The Law Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Association of Banks in 2003.

  • Assisted in the preparation of Title Report and Tenancy Report in connection with proposed listing of various corporations on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
