Celia joined Robertsons as a Trainee Solicitor in 2016 and is now an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department. She has experience in commercial and civil litigation (handling commercial fraud, shareholders’ disputes, contractual disputes, employment disputes, debt recovery, enforcement actions, defamation actions, etc.) as well as experience in dealing with criminal matters (including dealing with matters relating to investigations, arrests, charges and trials in respect of a range of offences). She also regularly acts for clients on defending personal injury claims.
She has experience in advising on regulatory compliance matters and advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring matters and other general commercial advisory matters.
